Voting: Keep your fingers crossed for me tomorrow. I'm running into some difficulty with the Board of Elections - apparently when I changed my name and got my new license, my information was never put into the system. I've got an affidavit number and know which ballot style to request, but CRAP! No wonder more people don't vote.
Weekend: So Mr. P's new favorite game is Guitar Hero. Seriously. We went over to Courtney and Jake's on Saturday night, and he was sucked in :) I'm contemplating surprising him with it for Christmas or his birthday - luckily that gives me almost a year to think about it! The karaoke machine, however, will NOT be entering our home. Those things creep me out!
Glad the Giants won the Superbowl, but honestly, couldn't have really cared one way or another. I do have to say, though, that this year's 3rd and 4th quarter E-Trade commercials really got me laughing! Plus, Pop made a buffalo chicken dip that was unbelievable - and way easy. I forgot to get a copy of the recipe, but I'll post it as soon as I do.
In the January-February Funk of 2008 right now. This time of year just seems to drag on forever! Need some help jump-starting the PMA (positive mental attitude)...is it spring yet?
OH - and did the groundhog see his shadow this year? (Remind me what it means if he does or doesn't - I can never remember!)

Carrie, I was able to vote, and since it was a real ballot, I can only assume it counted :)
All I can say is that election volunteers aren't as educated as they ought to be about how it all works. It was nuts!
